This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party content or contact forms. Fonts and images are served from this website only. Like most web hosts, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Booking enquiries by email
When you email Bookings@AltioraNW.co.uk, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, pickup and destination addresses, travel dates, passenger numbers and flight details. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out your journey, and keep the records needed to run the business and meet legal obligations.
The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking emails are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required for accounting or legal reasons, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used. Email Bookings@AltioraNW.co.uk with your request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
